Access control systems, intercoms, time & attendance tracking and parking solutions — for office buildings, residential complexes and hotels.
From a single door to an entire complex — we build a system matched to the property's traffic and needs.
Different identification methods based on the security level you need.
Audio and video intercoms for residential and office buildings, with remote unlocking.
Accurate tracking of employee working hours with automated reports.
Controlled parking access with barriers and automatic recognition.
Electronic locks and access systems tailored to the hospitality industry.
Linking with cameras for a complete picture of access to the property.
The identification technology is just one decision in designing an access control system — how you'll manage permissions over time matters just as much.
Contactless cards and fobs remain the most common solution for offices and business buildings — they're fast, easy to replace if a card is lost, and require no physical contact with the reader. PIN codes are a cheap backup or standalone option, but should be changed periodically since a code can be seen or shared. Biometric solutions (fingerprint, face recognition) remove the risk of a lost or handed-over card and are preferred for higher-sensitivity zones — server rooms, cash registers, warehouses with valuable goods — but cost more per access point and need more careful setup because of GDPR requirements around biometric data.
The system's real value, though, comes from managing access permissions — the ability to set different levels for different zones and employee groups (for example, keeping accounting out of the warehouse), restrict access by time schedule, and see a full history of who entered, when and where. That's especially useful during an incident or when you need an attendance report, without a separate time-tracking system.
During design we also pay attention to evacuation requirements — access-controlled doors must be able to unlock freely from the inside during a fire or alarm, regardless of the system's state. This is handled with an exit button and a link to the fire alarm system where applicable, and we build it into the project from the start, not as an add-on after installation.
Full access history and time & attendance reports in one place.
Different access levels for different zones and user groups.
Professional installation with warranty support after going live.
A free survey and a conversation about the security level you need.
Technology and control-point selection, matched to the property.
Installation and configuration of every access point.
Warranty service and technical support when needed.
Answers to the most common questions about the access control systems we build.
We work with access cards/fobs, PIN codes, fingerprint (biometrics) and combinations of these for higher security — the choice depends on the level of control you want for a particular door or zone.
Yes — access control is often linked to a time & attendance module that automatically logs each employee's entry and exit times via their card or fingerprint.
A lost card is deactivated instantly in the system, with no need to change locks or the whole system — the employee is simply issued a new card.
In many cases, yes — during the survey we assess whether your existing locks, doors or barriers can be integrated with new access control hardware, or whether it makes more sense to replace them with electronic equivalents.
The solutions we offer are scalable — from systems for a handful of employees and one door, to installations with multiple doors, zones and hundreds of users for larger properties.
