We design and install fire detection systems matched to your property's specifics and regulatory requirements — for a timely response and protection of people and property.
We design fire detection systems in line with the requirements for the specific property type.
Early smoke detection for a fast response before a fire spreads.
Detection of a rapid temperature rise in protected zones.
Centralized control and monitoring of the whole system.
Points for manually raising the alarm when a fire is spotted.
Instant alerts for everyone in the building for a timely evacuation.
Compliance with the fire safety requirements for your property.
A fire detection system isn't a place to trade reliability for price — but that doesn't mean every property needs the same solution.
Detectors differ mainly in what they detect. Smoke detectors react to smoke particles and suit most residential and office spaces. Heat (thermal) detectors detect a rapid temperature rise and are better suited to kitchens, garages and dusty or steamy rooms, where a smoke detector would give frequent false alarms. Combined multi-sensor detectors analyze several indicators at once and reduce the risk of both a missed alarm and a false one.
At the system level, the choice is usually between a conventional (zoned) and an addressable installation. A conventional system only tells you which zone (e.g. a floor or wing) has an issue, while an addressable system pinpoints the exact detector — faster localization on a larger property, but a higher investment. For a small property with a few rooms a zoned system is usually plenty; for shopping centers, schools or production halls, an addressable system quickly justifies the higher investment.
We always design the project around the applicable regulatory requirements for the specific property type — they determine not just the type of system, but also detector placement, audible alerts and the connection to a round-the-clock monitored point where applicable. And here, as with alarm systems, the regular annual inspection isn't a formality — it's what guarantees the system will actually work the moment it's needed.
The system detects danger at an early stage, before it becomes a disaster.
We produce a design plan that meets the regulatory requirements for your property.
Periodic checks that keep the system working correctly all year round.
Assessment of the property and the regulatory requirements that apply to it.
Producing a technical design plan compliant with the regulations.
Installation of the sensors and control panel by a trained team.
Regular checks and maintenance to keep the system working year-round.

For certain property categories (retail, industrial, public buildings, etc.) a fire detection system is a regulatory requirement under Bulgarian law and fire safety rules. During a consultation we can discuss what specifically applies to your property.
With a conventional system, the fire panel shows the zone where a detector triggered, while an addressable system shows the exact detector that fired — faster problem localization, especially on larger properties with many rooms.
Fire detection systems need periodic checks of the detectors, the panel and the alert devices (sirens), to make sure they'll trigger correctly in a real incident — we recommend regular maintenance inspections based on the property type.
Depending on the solution chosen, the fire detection system can be connected to a monitoring center for round-the-clock monitoring and a timely response to a signal.
The general recommendation is regular testing and cleaning of fire detectors (typically periodically throughout the year), since dust and dirt can affect their sensitivity — we agree on the exact schedule during installation.
